Custom Frontfender Sportster

Sturdy design made of robust glass fibre reinforced plastic, not yet drilled.
The fender is coated in black and not varnished.

Our glass fibre parts are manufactured by us in manual labour.
Therefore, it may happen that small polishing marks are visible on the surface.
Even colour differences on the surface are possible. These, of course, are no longer visible after varnishing. The high quality of materials is in no way impaired.

Machining of GRP

Since we do not make

our front fender for 

all motorcycle types
 
to fit , it may happen 

that minor adjustments 

are needed . Since 

fiberglass can edit 

very well with wooden 

and metal tools , 

these operations can 

also be performed by 

laymen .

For drilling a wood 

drill bit should be 

used and for the edges 

of sandpaper with a 

grain size not less 

than 80. The top layer 

should not be sanded .
