Two exhaust inserts for Honda X4 Sc 38

The inserts are fabricated accurately fitting from high-alloyed steel and come with matching riveting nuts and high-alloyed screws.
The insert assembly is feasible by the laity:
First drill out the old rivets and remove the existing inserts.
Then mount the riveting nuts and tighten the new inserts.
And thus the X4 has a deep sound and a better appearance.

Machining of GRP

Since we do not make

our front fender for 

all motorcycle types
 
to fit , it may happen 

that minor adjustments 

are needed . Since 

fiberglass can edit 

very well with wooden 

and metal tools , 

these operations can 

also be performed by 

laymen .

For drilling a wood 

drill bit should be 

used and for the edges 

of sandpaper with a 

grain size not less 

than 80. The top layer 

should not be sanded .
